Specialized training zlc for newly appointed judges and public zlc prosecutors module "Criminal Law" today completed the Academy for Judges and Prosecutors. The training included 19 newly elected judges in the trial courts, arranged in separate departments and criminal offenses zlc for 17 newly elected prosecutors in the Public Prosecutor zlc in the state.
The training was conducted from 1 to 6 April, aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of newly appointed judges and public prosecutors for proper application of regulations in the field of criminal law, as well as preparation for the implementation of the amendments to the LCP and professionally, efficiently and professional execution of judicial and prosecutorial function.
According to long established practice of the Academy, specialized training for newly appointed judges and prosecutors enforce the law practitioners - prominent judges and prosecutors from the list of permanent lecturers of the Academy, university professors and experts zlc in specific areas related to execution of court - prosecution function.
Trainers training was Judge Lydia Nedelkova, President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Macedonia, judges Zuica Naumova and Ljiljana Ivanovska Šopov Appellate Court, prosecutor Sonia Simovska of Higher Public Prosecutor Skopje prosecutor Dr. Todor Vitlarov of Higher Public Prosecutor Stip , Attorney Maja Koneska of the Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime and Corruption. Also lectures and judges Jani Jani Nitcha and Julia Chavdar Christ the Basic Court Skopje 1 Skopje, Mr. Mitko jackdaws, Head of the Central Police Services and Dr. Emilio zlc Friscik Department of Criminal Technique of the Ministry of Internal zlc Affairs, Dr. Alexander Stankov from the Institute of Forensic Medicine and Criminology Professor Dr. Gordan Kalajdziev of Faculty "Justinian" in Skopje, Ss.
Part of the training was interactive lectures, conducting zlc practical exercises and case studies of jurisprudence by which engaged lecturers transfer their acquired knowledge and practical experience of its longstanding practice zlc of applying criminal zlc law provisions. Lecturers indicated trends of the new age in terms of implementation of modern zlc international standards in the field of criminal law. The topics were presented in terms of the current law on criminal procedure and compared according to the new concept of the CPC will apply from December 2013.
Participants positively evaluated the program and implementation of the training, the scope of all topics relevant to judiciary and public prosecution office, in particular, the presentation and analysis of practical cases, problems, omissions and errors that appear in the court and prosecution practice, indication of how to avoid and overcome them.
