Last week I finally brewed my first All Grain beer, it was a porter and it stands right now and ferments. It must then stand and storage for 2-4 weeks after it has been bottled, the us stand and store in Congratulations 1-2 weeks. There is then a while before it is fully ready for people to come and get beer. On Friday I started with another beer as not store as long as the concierge so that it is most likely ready before the concierge. I'll come up with more info as we get closer. I only do 10 L per. batch, roughly 20 bottles. There will be shared about 10 bottles out and 2 per. person. You can read more in our "My Brewery". Today I will review the last artist beer that has been made so far (when / if there will be more I report sez them regularly). It is their Lot No. 400 and they have made an Imperial West Coast of their normal west coast they are in range. It is of the type Imperial IPA and has been brewed with water, malt, hops and yeast. It holds 8.3% alc. The painting has been painted by Else Pia Martinsen Erz, personally I think it is clearly one of the best paintings that have been painted with artist beers and it fits well with what is inside the bottle. You can read more about her here. The beer is dark golden with a fine white foam that has little colorful notes from the liquid. The fragrance has a spicy hops, peach, citrus and hay. The consistency is really quite excellent, creamy sez and good body. Now that it is an IPA, the taste is quite hoppy but a rather sez dry and spicy hop flavor, it drowns but all the other tasting notes. The end of a long dry bitterness finish. It tastes sez really good of an IPA, but now could use a little more flavor nuances. Rating 4
