There will be three stages to the definition of the chosen candidate. In the first, the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association will make a pre-selection of curricula, according to the aforementioned criteria, and indicate the Delbrasomc asba their names. Motivation letter, which justifies the interest in participating asba in the program, the potential benefit of the completion of the program for the participant or their professional or academic community;
One or more letters of recommendation, endorsed by professionals or academics with direct supervision over the applicant, attesting to their competence and professional or academic maturity;
Documents showing: Brazilian nationality; regular enrollment OAB; graduate completed asba or ongoing, fluency in English and / or knowledge in other languages, knowledge in Tax Law or the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures (WTO Agreement SPS).
